Deal Scope and Size

GPCP focuses on companies with EBITDA up to $10 million, with a “sweet spot” in the $500,000 – $5 million EBITDA range, typically representing Enterprise Values (EV) of $2 – $50 million. GPCP is opportunistic and will engage with clients outside of that range on an opportunistic basis.
